一、我的教学目标

1、 总体目标。激发学生学习英语的兴趣,树立自信心。在整个教学过程中,让学生有丰富的生活常识、多文化背景的积累,并形成正确人生观、价值观,有积极的情感态度和跨文化的交际能力。同时培养自主学习能力,积累学习方法。

2.、具体目标。结合学生英语基础较差的实际,在教学刚开始的阶段,注意和初一知识的衔接,例如,复习积累基础词汇、词语搭配、句型,熟悉不同单元呈现的语法规则,掌握实际用法。希望第一学期后,能培养学生学习的兴趣,养成较好的学习习惯,对基础知识有一定的掌握。

二、学生基本情况

本班共有60人,学生聪明活泼、勤奋好学,但仍有少数学生对英语缺乏兴趣,虽然在七年级时有意识地培养他们的兴趣,取得了考试上的一些成绩,但综合学习能力,尤其是自主学习能力不是很高。

三、我的指导思想

由于社会在不停地发展,信息化和经济全球化性,使英语的重要性日益突出,在义务教育阶段中,英语教育也是一个重要组成部分,通过英语学习,激发学生的兴趣,掌握知识,提高口语水平和交际能力,同时又能磨砺意志,陶冶情操,拓宽视野,发展个性。在本学期的英语教学中,我要坚持以下理念的应用:

1、要面向全体学生,关注每个学生的情感,激发他们学习英语的兴趣,帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心,培养创新精神。

2、整体设计目标,体现灵活开放,目标设计以学生技能,语言知识,情感态度,学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础。

3、突出学生主体,尊重个体差异。

4、多听其他(她)教师的课,从中吸取精华。

四、我对教材分析

本学期我校使用2013年4月第一版,2013年6月第一次印刷的《仁爱版英语》,其上册有4个单元和12个话题以及2个复习单元,一共是6个单元,其中第2、第4单元后面分别设置了一个复习单元,与往年相比有新的语法和句式,总共490个单词包括50个短语,此书由北京市仁爱教育研究出版社依据《英语课程标准》编写,它起点低,循序渐进,方便学生培养英语学习兴趣,从而很快进入英语学习的状态,教材编排得非常好。

本册教材内容的重点是语法归类,如:现在完成时、直接引语和间接引语、被动语态等,难点也是语法和基本句型,这些重难点都应通过在语言材料的学习中及时强化和总结,呈现图文并茂的教学内容,把语言学习和实际生活结合起来,增强学生的听说能力,并通过开展各种任务性活动,巩固所学的知识。鼓励学生通过思考、体验、参与、合作等方式来学习,增强学生独立思考的良好习惯以及口语表达和合作学习的能力。

七、我本学期教学方法

英语的教育教学方法很多,各有优、缺点,教师可以针对不同的情况采用不同的教学方法来加以弥补。针对我教的班级,本学期本人打算用下列方法对学生进行教育教学:

1、Teach English in English.英语毕竟是一门语言,训练的是学生的听、说、读、写、译的综合能力,在教学的过程中需要对学生的听、说、读、写、译的能力进行很多的训练,这就要求我们用英语来教英语,在课堂上对学生进行各种能力的训练。

2、Think English in English.用英语想,也就是用英语思考。学英语而不用英语思考,一定学不好。用英语思考就是在用英语进行表达和理解时,没有美国人思考的介入,或者说美国人思考的介入被压缩到了极不明显的程度。这是真正流利、熟练的境界和标志。

3、背诵和多种练习结合。实事求是的说,大量背诵课文与大量多种练习的结合,乃是对于一切各不相同条件下的英语教学的普遍有效的方法。

4、合理利用课外资料,重点题要重点练习、重点讲解,做到主次分明,讲求实效。

5、针对不同的教学内容采用不同的教学方法;。英语的内容较多,包括语音、词汇、语法、交际等等内容,如果对每一项内容都采用同样的方法来进行教育教学,那么即使是再好的学生也不可能学好,再好的教师也不可能教好。因而,针对不同的内容采用不同的教学方法是不可违背的。

总之,利用教材形式多样的写作练习,既能培养学生的想象力,又能提高学生的写作技巧。并及时总结语法和日常用语,巩固所学语言知识,同时注重学生学习兴趣的培养,以不同方式限度的激发学生的学习动机。使学生对语言功能的认识,由感情上升到理性。在培养学生听说读写语言技能的基础上,开展综合探究活动进一步拓展学生的语言知识,在教学的过程中让学生多看,多记,多总结,多背、多练说来丰厚英语知识,提高学生的语言技能。以达到巩固、掌握和运用的目的,最终形成语言技能。

八、我的教学辅助活动

1“功夫不负有有心人”,我会经常激发兴趣,增加容量,整体优化。

2、每日课前进行单词听写。

3、单词短语检测。

4、坚持值日生报告。

5、开展多种游戏和竞赛活动。

九、进行期末复习

本学期的时间虽然较紧,但是我打算在元月初进入复习阶段,在最后的几个星期里,我将从课本入手,以课本为基础梳理本学期所学的知识点,在梳理的基础上进行归纳和总结,尽量让学生理解本学期所学的内容,让学生做到心中有数。

一、指导思想

在本学期的英语教学中,坚持以下理念的应用:第一要面向全体学生,关注每个学生的情感,激发他们学习英语的兴趣,帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心,培养创新精神;第二,目标设计要以学生技能,语言知识,情感态度,学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础:突出学生主体,尊重个体差异:第三要注重过程评价,促进学生发展,建立能激励学生学习兴趣和自主学习能力发展的评价体系。总之,让学生在使用由于中学习英语,让学生成为Gooduser而不是Learner。让他们在使用和学习英语的过程中,体味到轻松和成功的快乐。

二、教材分析

八年级上册英语共有十个单元,每个单元都列出了明确的语言目标,主要的功能项目和语法结构,以及需要掌握的基本词汇,并分为A和B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容,B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用,还有SELFCHECK部分,学生可用来自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。本教材各个单元活灵活现,贴近生活实际。

三、学生基本情况分析

学生虽经一年的英语教学,对英语有了一定的领会,但在听说读写各个方面的基础仍有些薄弱,另外,学生在情感态度,学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。有的同学不能明确学习英语的目的,没有真正认识到学习

英语的目的在于交流,有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识,有些不敢开口,或者声音太小。通过初中一年的英语学习,很多学生已经能听懂有关熟悉话题的语段和简短的故事,能与教师或同学就熟悉的话题交换信息,总的来说,本班的英语具有挑战性,需要耗费不少的时间和精力。

四、目的要求

1、根据学生的特点以及英语学习的规律,采用有效的教学手段和教学方法。创设生动活泼的语境,让学生运用所学语言开展活动。

2、本学期要着重注意培养学生良好的学习习惯,以保证课堂大容量、高密度、快节奏训练的展开,还要注重培养学生的自学能力,指导及鼓励他们多使用工具书。

3、从学生实际出发,充分发挥学生的主体作用,进一步加强对学生的学法指导。

4、充分利用直观教具和现代化的教学手段,注重现代技术与学科之间的整合,多设计教学情景,以练为主的原则,抓好基础训练,注重培养学生直接用英语表达思想的能力,扩大课堂容量,提高课堂效率。

5、认真钻研教材,掌握每单元的教学目的和要求,正确地把握教材的重点和难点,根据的学生年龄特点及班级的实际情况,精心设计教学程序,选择适当的教学方法,认真备课。

五、具体措施

1、在课堂和作业布置上体现知识的梯度,扩大照顾面。

2、引导学生找出适合自己的学习方法,把握好学习的各个环节,让他们能养成自觉学习英语的习惯。

3、突出学生主体,尊重个体差异,让学生在老师的指导下构建知识,提高技能,磨练意志,活跃思维,展现个性,发展心智和拓展视野。

4、实施“一帮一”活动,让成绩好的同学带动差生,同时亦监督差生每天的作业完成情况和背诵情况。

5、建立英语学习小组,并以小组为单位开展各种活动。同时,整合家长的力量,让家长在周末期间监督学生听磁带、读课文。

6、通过听、说、读、写等形式,进行大量的语言操练和练习。

7、每天利用固定时间进行阅读训练,使学生能尽快掌握阅读技巧,培养阅读兴趣,从整体上提高学生掌握语言知识的能力。

8、以上几条,坚持每天落实,由组长负责,老师抽查,对于完成较好的组给予鼓励表扬。同时,对不同层次的学生要求也相应的不同,能让其渐渐对英语产生兴趣,慢慢加大要求。尤其是对后进生,每天的任务不是太重,及时完成就立即表扬。

六、教学中应注意的问题

1、在英语教学过程,应注意教养学生综合运用英语的能力。在培养学生阅读能力的同时,注意加强听、说技能的训练。能过听、说、读、写技能的综合训练,促进学生综合运用英语的能力。逐步具有运用英语进行交际的能力。

2、在设计教学活动的过程中,教师应考虑活动目标明确、简洁,活动形式避免单一,注意广度和深度。

3、活动资源的选择要适合学生,资源的利用要合理化。

Act out an illness. Then show the other new words on the blackboard. Read the new words to students and ask them to repeat. Make sure every student knows the meaning and can read them.
