纵观法律,从一条河堤走向无尽苍穹,从口口相传走向文字章法,迈着人类思想文明进步的步伐,踏着社会变迁的规律节奏,逐步走向科学合理完善。

三千八百多年前,法律是篆刻在石柱上神圣的楔形文字,是依托于河流的文明的结晶,却也是那个奴隶时代残暴缺乏人道的见证。

两千六百多年前,法律是十二块铜牌,是那些竭力呐喊的诉求,却也是阶级的束缚,是依旧不平等的规约。

三百多年前,法律是民族争取自己尊严与权益的有利武器,是国家意识形态稳定确立的保障,是对自由民主意识的保护,却也是开裂的陶罐,将种族歧视放诸红色土地。

而六十四年前,在一抹中国红的封页下,法律是一个个庄严的字符,强调公平与人民权利,是规范国家行为和个人行为强有力的依托,是中国向法治社会迈出的坚实一步!

横观法律,它穿过海峡与大洋,越过高原与山地,在许许多多个发展水平不同,意识形态不同,文化核心不同的国家或地区,不约而同地形成着。大到世界,小到一个诸侯国;大到一个政党,小到一个学派。“没有规矩 ,不成方圆”,试想没有法律的支撑,没有标准的度量,权力的制衡很快会散成一盘乱沙,秩序社会也只能成为不可实现的空想。

无论是纵观还是横观,无论是发展革新还是求同存异,法律都是首当其冲的纽带与界限。当中国已进入新时代之际,当两个一百年交接之际,当人民对美好生活需要范围的不断拓宽之际,法治已不仅仅是治国理念,更是一种象征文明的社会风气。因此,作为国家的主人,在生活学习和工作中我们必须做到尊法守法学法用法。

法治,从小事做起。或许那些庄严的字眼让你觉得遥不可及,其实法律就是立在繁华街头的红绿灯,是尊敬师长孝敬父母的基本要求,是我们不断发展的权力与义务。

法治,从自身做起。作为社会中的一份子,我们就像一座灯塔中的石块,影响着他人,影响着整栋建筑。因此,我们的行为不仅要对自己负责,更要对我们所处的环境负责。

法治,更要求与道德相结合。法律规范与道德规范总是相辅相成的,自觉性更是文明的重要标志,我们应树立形成坚实的法律意识和道德原则,为社会的有序发展贡献自己的力量!

Dear teachers and schoolmates:

Good morning.

Throughout the history of law, with the progress of human thought and rapid development in the society,the law has gradually became more scientific and reasonable.

Three hundred years ago,human started to use the law as weapons to fight for national identity and independence.

Nowadays law has became much more equal to every citizen in the modern society,and many countries focus more on human rights and equality. Since the constitution of people's republic of China was enacted,our country has always emphasized equality and the rights of citizens. Additionally, our country has been striving to establish public authority and a law-based society.

"Nothing can be accomplished without norms or standards.", imagine that without the support of law, there would be no standard in the world , the society might be a completely mess.

China has entered a new era,and people's needs for a better life continue to expan-d,it is high time to construct our country. Therefore, as the masters of our country, we must obey the law and learn how to use it well in our life.

So,let’s cultivate the legal conscious-ness and make contribution to our society.
